another opportunity to evaluate your practice

What did you bring to rehearsal today in terms of reading/ research/ ideas/ and good practice?

What more can you bring individually tomorrow?

    So far I felt I have brought creativity and ideas into rehearsals, I felt this has helped shape and develop the piece.

    As the show draws closer I feel bringing positivity and encouragement to rehearsal is key and will help give us, as a group that last push.

      Examples of ideas:
      Myself and Cody developed more lifts and movement pieces that have now been further developed as a group

      Also reviewing not only myself but other members of the group have, I felt benefited us for the better, making notes on my own performance is key. Also making notes on others (positive and constructive) I feel plays a big part of working as a team
