Park scene

Orginally, the cast would shuffle along the stage, then shuffle back in a different position. I felt this was good because it spaced out the stage and opened it up. It also gave variety to the park scene. Yet having this variety made the stage too busy and took the focus off what the actors were saying. I also felt that there was an increasing proplem with blocking each other and the speed of which the chorus goes, our goal was to be staggered and going the same speed. Turned it into the single tree. Must keep a straight face. Move in unison. I feel that the this is much better cause its simple, when we developed the scene, it gave the actors so much more energy and enthusiasm. and made the scene fresh again. if we were to do the show again, i would keep the tree. the only thing i would change is the only lady part, because that was devised by the actors and although it was a brilliant idea, i dont think we spent enough time on it to make it more stylised.
