draft of evaluation

When we were devising with Vanessa we moved around for 30 minutes with different music in that exercise I had some ideas about a character and his background story using the practitioner Stanislavsky. What I got from this exercise is the idea of a character and the way he moved, interacted and reacted to certain interactions and people this helps as forming an idea of a character means you have a canvas to work and develop on the down side to that is it means it is harder to change him. Another reason why this exercise was good is it can reveal how your emotions are linked to influences such as music and memories Stanislavski also has a similar teaching called emotional memory.

  1. Not sure this is correct dan. the practitioner who inspired that workshop was Artaud. Stanislavski's emotion memory is not quite this. You need to research what it is. His ideas on active analysis though (see Bella Merlin on this), might be closer to what you are describing.
