- Keep stretching
- Try and do the splits up the wall 3 times a week to get a better result and to get your legs/muscles get used to it
Wednesday/Thursday

- 4 sets of 8 - rhythm (sound)

- Learning dances/movement from other groups
- King & Queen inprovisation
- My head connected to Victors body for King & Queen
- Victor lifting me up
- Victor lying down with his legs up and I sat on him, so it looked like Victor's legs were mine, with me telling a story and Victor reacting with his legs
- Cody & I sitting on Victor's and Jakko's back (on all fours) - pretending to be our slaves/dogs/entertainers
- Jakko & Victor on Cody and I's back on all fours pretending to be their horses
Tasks:
- Find some jokes about Beowulf that we could incorporate into the show
