Lifts for dance movement


Thinking about what we have done over the week and on Thursday thinking about lifts. Ive got a dance background and know a few lifts that we could do as a group or even just experiment and see which ones work better for us and well as people (height, weight, strength, flexible, etc). Also it depends on the style of the dance and what for we would put this into - the celebration or the fight, for example.
