The objective for this task was to find what grotowski said about the spine. I failed to find anything conclusive, yet during my investigation, i found this link for the book Jerzy Grotowski by James Slowiak and Jairo Cuesta. I found lots of exercises and explains how it helps the body and breath. I will still investigate the original task at hand.
